Summary

Agpeya is a prayer book app without sign-in, user accounts, advertising, analytics, or tracking features. To the best of our current knowledge, the app does not collect personal data for marketing, profiling, or advertising purposes.

Data Processed by the App

The app stores certain settings locally on the device to make the app more comfortable to use. These settings may include:

• font size
• font family
• line spacing
• text alignment
• selected color theme
• display settings for prayer sections

These settings are stored locally on the device and are not transferred by us to our own servers.

Technical Data and App Updates

When the app starts, it may check whether an app update or an update via Expo/EAS Updates is available. This may establish a connection to servers operated by Expo or EAS. During such technical connections, standard technical data may be processed, for example:

• IP address
• device and operating system information
• app version
• time of the request

This processing is used only to provide, secure, and update the app. We do not use this data to create user profiles.

No Sign-In and No User Accounts

The app does not offer registration or user accounts. The app does not request names, email addresses, passwords, or other sign-in data.

No Advertising, Tracking, or Analytics

To the best of our current knowledge, the app contains:

• no advertising SDKs
• no analytics tools
• no tracking features
• no push notifications
• no location request
• no access to camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, or photos

Sharing of Data

We do not sell personal data and do not share personal data for advertising or marketing purposes.

If technical data is processed during update checks, this may be done by technical service providers such as Expo/EAS, which are used to provide the app infrastructure.

Storage and Deletion

Locally stored settings remain on the device until they are deleted by the app, the operating system, or by uninstalling the app.

Because the app does not maintain user accounts and does not store personal data on our own servers, we cannot delete server-side user data. If you want to remove locally stored settings, you can delete the app data in the Android settings or uninstall the app.

Legal Basis

Local settings are processed to provide the app functions requested by the user. Technical data for updates and security is processed to provide and maintain the app technically.

Children

The app is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13 and does not request personal data from children. If you believe that a child's personal data has nevertheless been processed, please contact us using the email address mentioned above.
